Your Role:

The Care Comm Revenue Senior Manager oversees the revenue team that is responsible for the Care Comm segment. This role requires understanding of complex accounting matters, quick problem-solving skills and strong collaboration with other finance and non-finance teams.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Organize and manage the team to achieve a successful month-end close in terms of quality and timeliness
• Drive automation opportunities around account reconciliation and manual journal entries
• Drive process improvement opportunities across the team with a focus on continuous improvement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with other finance and non-finance teams, as well as external providers, tomaintain and updateshared processes,tools,and reporting activities
• Ensure adherence of processes tocompany'spolicies and procedures, internal and external audit requirements and local rules and regulations; support strengthening of financial processes and controls
• Manage, evaluate and develop 3 direct reports
• Support local,regional,and global projects, as required; provide financial expertise in such projects
• Be an activate advocate of finance function

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting
• CPA required
• Experience in JDE, Blackline, Alteryx and W-Desk is an advantage
• Additional hours at critical times (e.g., month-end) may be required. Also, and on an exceptional basis, the role may require work on public holidays
• Demonstration of key accounting/finance competencies and qualifications; typically 8+ years of relevant industry accounting experience
• Previous management / supervisory experience is preferred
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and to apply professional judgement
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial analysis, including understanding of internal control requirements and relevant business environments
• Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and to effectively escalate or resolve issues to meet deadlines
• Process improvement and process innovation experience desired
• Strong working knowledge of JDE systems preferred
• Adaptable, self-starter with strong analytical skills and decision-making capabilities
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, often cross-functionally
• Respectfully challenge the status quo

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $112,000.00 to $154,000.00 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location.
