SUMMARY: The Sales Compensation and Territory Specialist is responsible for the oversight of the incentive compensation for all reps on an annual sales plan, globally. The specialist is responsible for collaborating with the global sales leaders to manage the plans from quota setting to compensation calculations. The specialist will also work closely with Commercial Operations management to ensure that territory lines are drawn for effective sales territory coverage.
