Yale New Haven Hospital invites experienced Registered Nurses from Long-Term Care, Sub-Acute Care, and Rehabilitation facilities to join our Med/Surg Training Program. This unique initiative is designed to bridge the gap between post-acute and acute care settings, offering specialized orientation and comprehensive support to transition into a Med/Surg role. Various shifts available

• Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. All newly hired registered nurses must have current BCLS certification or must obtain within one month of hire.
