The VP of Partner Support determines the partner support strategy as well as execution of that strategy. This leadership position is responsible for new Partner implementations, new programs launches and ongoing efforts to streamline processes and increase operational efficiencies. Using key metrics and trends, this role monitors performance and makes changes when necessary to achieve positive results that foster strong relationships with Partners.

Working closely with internal senior leaders and well as senior leaders at our Partners, this position acts as a point of escalation when necessary. This position will pull the appropriate stakeholders together from kick-off through completion to deliver results. The role is expected to influence and drive positive and lasting change throughout the organization.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Determine the operations strategy for program implementation and day-to-day operations. Translate corporate strategy into processes and guidelines to meet key company goals and foster successful implementations and partner interactions.
  • Lead meetings to guide program operations and share best practices with Partner's key stakeholders. Develop relationships with decision-makers to understand needs and focus areas critical to success.
  • Drive constant optimization of Risepoint's Partner best practices and operational methodologies. Be a change management leader keeping the Partner experience at the forefront.
  • Determine and evaluate key metrics to evaluate the program effectiveness, adjusting when needed to meet partner expectations and agreed upon deliverables. Click to enter %
  • Manage and evaluate resource requirements and deliverables and track performance to ensure short- and long-term goals are achieved
  • Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders with the ability to adapt and change priorities as the business needs change Click to enter %
  • Set and manage stakeholder expectations, internally and externally to meet the agreed upon scope and timeline. Negotiate and plan contingencies when needed. Click to enter %
  • Foster accountability of cross-functional team leads to resolve project issues and ensure project success. Click to enter %
  • Determine project management strategy and implement that strategy for all partner launches. Click to enter %
  • Ensure project management team leverages best practices for partner programs that meet the expectations of stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Collaborate and problem-solve with cross-functional leadership teams to ensure project remains on-time and meets the quality standards as outlined in the strategy and Partner relationship.
  • Provides leadership and direction for new program launches that fully support the Partner and company goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in higher education, consulting or operational leadership roles
  • PMP certification is preferred, but not required
  • A proven track record of successfully delivering multiple projects simultaneously, building appropriate processes and tools
  • Strong communications skills that foster connection and collaboration along with a strong executive presence at all levels of the organization
  • Exceptional ability to build cross-functional and senior relationships, influence stakeholders and drive alignment and enthusiasm across all levels of the company
  • Experience in coaching, developing and resource planning within the immediate team and across the organization
