Must be able to identify material needed/required for the completion of the project Must be able to maintain a high level of work quality Ability to use PIM / Sweep Test Gear Ability to use Connector Tools, able to install connectors on all size coax Ability to install coax / fiber trunks on the tower Ability to install antennas: set RETs, Down tilts, Azimuths Ability to collect, assemble, and submit closeout documentation NULCA or other certification is a plus. Ability to follow instructions, possess the ability to be trained, mentored and have a positive can-do attitude are necessities. Must possess leadership and mentoring skills. Have a basic knowledge of various underground utilities and able to identify surface features associated with various utilities. Ability to perform some equipment maintenance tasks a plus. Mechanical aptitude is desired. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, walk for extended periods, and work in all weather conditions and climates, willing to work evenings/weekends when required, willing to travel for overnight and extended stay projects as required.
