Global Director, Ethics & Compliance Hybrid preferred (office located in Vadnais Heights, MN) Open to remote candidates within the U.S. Position Overview The Global Director, Ethics & Compliance reports to the Assistant General Counsel, Litigation and Ethics & Compliance and is a key member of H.B. Fuller's dynamic global legal team. This position will oversee the Company's Ethics & Compliance program, including updating and advising senior leadership on Ethics & Compliance issues and participate in strategic development of the Ethics & Compliance program to meet future Company needs. The role includes managing 1-2 direct reports. . Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is $150,000 to $200,000. In addition to the base salary, this position is bonus eligible.In addition to your salary, H.B.
