Schedule: Travel will be 3 weeks onsite & 1 week remote from home

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Coordinate cross-functional project contractors to install Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and other related systems.
* Foster daily communication from field activities back to Project Management.
* Conduct forward-looking planning with contractors to ensure project progress.
* Oversee inventory management and report issues to the project team.
* Document daily site reports for risk management.
* Implement workplace safety audits, safety walks, toolbox talks, contractor orientation, and incident reporting through our safety management tools.
* Document quality issues and inspections
* Ensure project specifications are adhered to and manage punchlist execution with contractors

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Associate Degree or equivalent
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* (2) Years of Leadership Experience Preferred
* (2) Years of Conveyor System Installation Experience
* Mechanical or Electrical
* Project Management Software Experience
* Strong multitasking abilities
* Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating teamwork, leadership, and a service-oriented mindset

* Adaptability under pressure
* Excellent problem-solving skills in changing conditions
