Assistant General Manager
Location: 800 E. 18th Street, MSC, Kansas City- Mission Support Center, MO, 64108
Job Summary:

The Assistant General Manager will assist the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the business. They will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining financial records. The Assistant General Manager will also be responsible for implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations
  • Manage staff and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain financial records and prepare reports
  • Implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Assist in hiring and training new staff members
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays


Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in a noisy environment
