We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to support CONMED's Precision Machining Operation (PMO) Factory. As a Manufacturing Engineer II, you will play a key role across three primary areas: sustaining engineering, new product introduction support, and continuous improvement initiatives. In this role, you will develop, implement, and support machining processes used in the manufacturing of complex high-precision medical devices and components. You will design cell layouts and optimize processes to maximize efficiency, develop tooling and fixturing, implement verification and validation plans, troubleshoot using six sigma tools, and lead continuous improvement and cost savings initiatives. You will also provide subject matter expertise and support to our High-Performance Work Teams on the production floor. This is a high impact position that will allow you to leverage your problem solving, project management, and technical skills in a dynamic and diverse production environment.
