What We Offer Competitive salaries Opportunities for career growth Free on-site parking Location: Lowell General Hospital Saints Campus - 1 Hospital Drive, Lowell, MA Hours: Per Diem Days/Evenings/Nights/Weekends/Holidays As a Behavioral Health Navigator you will work on an interdisciplinary team of medical professionals to determine the appropriate care of patients who present to the Emergency Department in behavioral health crisis. Collaborates with outpatient providers, DMH, DCF, families, schools, etc. to determine the needs of each patient and to ensure that the patients are receiving the best, most responsive care available. Will also assist in finding follow-up placement for patients. Part of the hospital community, you will have the opportunity to be on a variety of hospital and community committees focused on the goal of providing and improving community-based care.
