What this job involves: The CMMS Analyst demonstrates proficient ability to prioritize, adapt, plan, schedule, implement, communicate, and support individuals and groups to enable others to improve performance effectively and efficiently.
What your day-to-day will look like: Work Order Management Receive and process incoming work orders from the work order system. Main point of contact for work requests from the Service Center and route work orders accordingly. Assess the scope of work and accurately determine what trade specific technician the work order should be assigned to. This may require field inspection of the jobsite to assess conditions and user impact. Support work order completion, enter all follow-up work activities, and closeout and customer acknowledgement of fulfillment. Administrative/Customer Service Support Assist with assignment and scheduling of service personnel, or route work to requisite vendors. Order necessary materials from suppliers. Keep customers / requestors informed of the status of work, schedules, completion and closeout, including soliciting feedback from the end user to support continuous improvement. Inform and keep customers appraised of schedule estimates, and any change. Receive and respond to customer concerns and issues in a timely manner. CMMS Administration CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) upkeep as directed relating to SR asset information, bills of materials, safety procedures, preventative maintenance programming and master maintenance planning. Order Processing Verify customer and order information for correctness, checking it against previously obtained information as necessary. Direct specified departments or units to prepare and ship orders to designated locations. Additional/Site Specific All other duties and tasks assigned. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Desired or preferred experience and technical skills: 1-3 years of relevant experience a plus! Trade certification or undergraduate degree preferred. Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) certification preferred. Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency preferred. Experience with computerized maintenance management systems. Knowledge of Facilities Management trades, common repairs, parts, and services. Prior experience in Life Sciences or Medical facilities is advantageous. Required Skills and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent. Exceptional customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Collaborative work ethic. Strong multitasking abilities while maintaining professionalism. Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Capable of reading, understanding, and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs). Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective customer and team interactions. Aptitude for sharing knowledge with coworkers. Ability to work extended hours on a computer. |
