Under limited supervision, acts as first point of contact for all Greater Beauty guests. Receives and screens visitors and callers, answers guest inquires and directs phone calls. Schedules guest appointments, registers guests and participates in the processing of guest charges. Provides secretarial, guest and clerical support as needed.
Education:
High School or GED equivalency
Experience: 6 months of related customer service experience Skills:

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greets and screens visitors and guests warmly, receives telephone calls and responds to general inquires in a timely and respectful manner. Provides customer service support to guests by relaying information about the cosmetic cnter.
- Schedules and reminds guests of appointments .
- Possesses knowledge about all aspects of services, post treatment care recommendations and the facility to ensure guests are provided with accurate information and ensures inquiries are responded to in complete detail; has understanding of products being sold and manages sales
- Collects and reports patient testimonials and center surveys and compiles results for monthly review
- Participates in marketing including screenings and events
- Performs (pre) registration duties by obtaining pertinent guest information, maintaining and updating guest charts, and collecting payments. Prepares daily deposit form.
- Ensures completeness of provider charge sheets, verifies guest payment information. Secures all necessary signatures.
- Performs related office duties and general errands, including photocopying materials. Maintains inventory of supplies and order new stock as needed.
- Compiles guest statistics and maintains guest tracking system. Performs simple arithmetic calculations daily regarding guest charges submitted and guest payments collected.
- Ensure that guest spaces and lobby are clean and tidy at all times; escorts guests to room for services and assists providers as needed
- Assist in laser procedures by assisting provider with Zimmer blower

Pay Range $15.92 - $22.07
Final salary offer will be based on the candidate's qualifications, education, experience and alignment with our organizational needs.
