Job Description:

Ryan Companies US, Inc., an industry leader in commercial real estate, has an immediate career opportunity for a Building Services Coordinator to join our team in Minneapolis, MN!

This individual will provide administrative support to the building services team with a clear understanding of Ryan Building Services procedures and processes.

This will be an in office, full-time, Monday - Friday role.

Some things you can expect to do:

  • Administer and support the computerized maintenance management database.

  • Conduct month-end payroll and invoicing requirements.

  • Prepare work orders for closing and creates invoices for tenant bill-backs, third party maintenance customers and properties.

  • Prepare and maintain third party maintenance proposals and contracts.

  • Participate on phone rotation, processing and distributing tenant and customer work requests.

  • Communicate with engineers, managers and customers on status of work orders and projects.

  • Develop, maintain and distribute engineers' on-call schedule.

  • Process vendor invoices for payment.

  • Monitor AR report and secure payments from customers.

  • Prepare and update required monthly building services reports such as active maintenance agreement, new business, charge rates, and profit center payroll costs.

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in the property management field or service industry

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Intermediate to advanced level of understanding with MS Word and Excel

You will really stand out if you have:

  • Working knowledge of JDE, MRI, Nexus, Concur, Corrigo, MS Teams

Eligibility:

  • Positions require verification of employment eligibility to work in the U.S.

Compensation:

The base pay is $23.80 - $35.67 per hour. The base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
