Reporting to the Janitorial Supervisor, the Janitor is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of assigned
buildings according to contract standards.

* Complete assigned janitorial duties according to your schedule and to quality control standards.
* Practice safety precautions in the application and use of supplies; not limited to hazardous materials,
Universal Precautions, SDS.
* Practice safe and correct lifting procedures.
* Perform all duties as assigned by the Team Leads or Supervisor.
* Be flexible with duties performed, as job expectations or schedule changes arise.
* Be a responsible steward of Agency resources, conscious of not wasting time and/or materials.
* Provide transportation to and from worksites, if necessary - as required for their route.
* All other duties assigned by the Janitorial Supervisor Work Environment
The janitor performs their work in a professional setting and may come in contact with clients. Physical Demand
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully
perform the essential functions of this job. Push, pull or carry 40 lbs. occasionally, up to 25 lbs. frequently. Must be
able to be on feet for long periods, bend, stoop, and be exposed to cleaning chemicals. Must be able to see to
complete duties to required specifications. Occasional exposure to heat and cold. Frequent exposure to dust.
