Position Summary:

Command Cyber Solutions (a federal government contractor) is seeking a qualified Configuration Management Analyst to support HILL COMPONENT ENTERPRISE DATA CENTER (CEDC) IT OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES located at Hill Air Force Base, Utah (HAFB). This program aims to modernize legacy USAF network infrastructure and migrate services into a new AWS Cloud Environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

* Maintain Configuration Management files including configuration identification, change control, and status accounting record.
* Analyze proposed changes of product design to determine effect on overall product and system.
* Coordinate modification records for management control.
* Establish change orders and prepare for change authorization and documentation by company and subcontractor.
* Maintain and enforce configuration management policies and procedures.
* Maintain the baseline using automated Configuration Management tools.
* Track and maintain the project change requests, impact assessments, incident reports, and change notices continuously.
* Attend customer meetings, kick-off meetings, configuration meetings, and production meetings as needed.
* Ensure that customer requirements are implemented and review changes to accounting activity to ensure compliance with configuration management policies.
* Support a Help Desk for the Hill CEDC and its customer programs.
* The Help Desk shall triage incident and work order tickets for classification and priority, perform AIS updates where required, and be the central point of contact for customers seeking status updates or scheduling information

Education & Experience Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business or IT related field or equivalent professional experience
* Three (3) to four (4) years of relevant experience

Certification Preferred:

* ITIL v4 Foundations

Security Clearance Requirement:

* Active Secret Clearance

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements:

* Problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and solve issues before they affect business productivity.
* Configuration Management Software Process familiarization.
* Must possess a strong proficiency with Data Management.
* Demonstrated experience with Identity and Access Management.
* Demonstrated experience with Configuration Management Software Tools.
* Strong Communication and Coordination Skills.
* Proficiency with Windows base applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
