Human by nature. As a Customer Care Supervisor for the world leader in the Fragrance industry, you will oversee daily operations of a Customer Care Team for site, category or business team. Work closely with customers, operations and sales team to ensure customers' needs are met in the most efficient and cost-effective way. You will report to the Customer Care Manager and be located in our Mt. Olive, NJ office with an hybrid working model (1 day at home and 4 days at the office). You will:
