Hours: 24 hours per week, 10:30a-7p / 3p-7p Rotating Weekend shifts required (Saturday & Sunday) & rotating Holiday shifts required (every other weekend and every other holiday shifts) The Customer Service Clerk should possess the following list of qualities to qualify as a Hospitality Services customer support person: * Must possess outstanding customer service skills Other duties as assigned by department leadership Minimum Qualifications: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. One (1) year of customer service or call center experience.
