Your role in our success will be...

The Manager, Capital Projects leads a team of project managers and provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing methods and procedures that are efficient, effective and meet company objectives. Manages workload, training, communication and best practices for the project management group.

What you'll be working on...



  • Contributes to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team.
  • Oversees monthly forecasts of project managers individual performance against budget.
  • Provides technical guidance and leadership to the team in support of project management, process standardization, process improvement, and completion of deliverables.
  • Ensures the safe delivery of capital projects on-time and on-budget.
  • Establishes transparency and build trust through clear and concise reporting and project updates to senior leadership as well as other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identifies and executes on data-driven process improvement opportunities, in coordination with key stakeholders.
  • Identifies and mitigates risks and develops process improvements associated with project planning and capital forecasting process.
  • Assists in the onboarding, training and development of all levels of new PMs.
  • Clarifies the vision by explaining how it will impact team and individual success; works collaboratively with the team to brainstorm an action plan to implement the vision; sets objectives to put the vision into action through policies and procedures


Who you are...



  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Technical Field (Engineering, Project Management), Master of Business Administration (MBA) - preferred
  • Experience: Ten (10) years experience in project management
  • License: Valid Driver's license
  • Licensure/Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) - preferred, Professional Engineer (PE) - preferred
