Program Guide (part time 32 hr)

Location: Westborough, MA. Spectrum's Inpatient Treatment Campus

Schedule: Part-time, 32 hours per week. 2 Openings:

Sunday Monday Tuesday 1:30pm-11pm Wednesday 1:30pm-6:30pm

Wednesday 6pm-11pm Thursday Friday Saturday 1:30-11pm

Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Prior experience working in customer service, security, and/or with individuals with substance use disorders.
• Computer experience and familiarity with Windows 2000, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word required

The Program Safety Guide is responsible for:

• Promoting and maintaining a safe pro-social environment for patients who come to the campus to be admitted.
• Greeting patients, customer service, monitoring patient and staff safety, communicating with patients in a trauma sensitive manner that guides patients in and out of the program safely.
