We are the FIS Embedded Finance team, and our mission is to enable developers across all verticals to imagine, create and monetize financial products to profoundly transform the way the entire financial industry consumes services. We are seeking a results driven, highly collaborative Strategic Partnerships Manager to spearhead and grow our relationships with leading technology companies. As Strategic partnerships manager you will be responsible for developing, managing and expanding our partnerships with these companies. You will align our strategic goals with their ecosystems - whether through technical integrations, co-marketing efforts, go to market initiatives, or product enablement. This role is ideal for someone with deep industry knowledge, strong relationship building skills, and experience working within large tech platforms.

Note: We have an on-site work environment in our New York, Atlanta, Jacksonville, or Bellevue office.

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and grow strategic partnerships across product, marketing, and sales initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders.
  • Identify and execute joint business opportunities, including co-selling, bundling, or platform integrations.
  • Drives new Strategic Innovation partnerships in identified areas of growth. Includes identification of partners, managing partner due diligence (technical, risk, financial), business case development and financial modeling and the negotiation of commercial and investment terms.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize and deliver on partnership integrations.
  • Drive awareness through joint marketing campaigns and events.
  • Generates growth revenue at desirable margins from partnerships. Ensures internal resources are aligned to complete the required technical and business integration. Works with business and Corporate Marketing to develop and execute a go-to-market strategy.
  • Track partner performance, create reports, and optimize partnership ROI.
  • Monitor changes in partner strategies and communicate potential impacts to internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or partner management-preferably in the tech sector.
  • Deep familiarity with leading tech company ecosystems, tools, and partner programs.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strategic mindset with ability to navigate complex organizations and align incentives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA is a plus.
FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $189,100.00 - $317,690.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
