We have joined forces with a company located in Channahon, IL that is seeking to fill a Warehouse Lead position. Our client is a leader in the logistics industry and offers the gateway to phenomenal career opportunity!

Pay: $21.35/hr.

Schedule: 3rd shift, 10pm - 6am, Monday - Friday

Training will bill be on 1st shift, 6am - 2pm for 1-2 weeks.

Warehouse Lead responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage daily order fulfillment by planning, allocating, and closing waves while monitoring workload through system screens. Oversee inbound and outbound shipping schedules, ensuring seamless transactions with carriers and resolving data or system issues with IT and procurement teams. Utilize reports to track shift progress, manage parcel exchanges, and maintain clear communication during shift transitions. Perform additional tasks as needed. Qualified candidates will have one year of related experience.
