Staffmark is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager in Huntersville, NC. Salary: $70K - $90K per year Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will lead and supervise a team of Quality Assurance Technicians to ensure that essential QA tasks are consistently and efficiently completed. This includes overseeing incoming goods receiving control, chemical lab testing, equipment calibration verification, and product and machine quality checks. You will manage nonconformities, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives, collaborate with the Production Quality Department on the development of training manuals, and oversee the processing and management of customer claims.
