Salary: $70K - $90K per year Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will lead and supervise a team of Quality Assurance Technicians to ensure that essential QA tasks are consistently and efficiently completed. This includes overseeing incoming goods receiving control, chemical lab testing, equipment calibration verification, and product and machine quality checks. You will manage nonconformities, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives, collaborate with the Production Quality Department on the development of training manuals, and oversee the processing and management of customer claims. Requirements: Maintain a polite and professional demeanor with colleagues Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal Degree in Engineering or Quality Management Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Strong management skills and experience SAP experience (preferred) Experience in manufacturing, textile experience (preferred) Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from an accredited institution, or five years of relevant experience/training, or a combination of education and experience in a manufacturing setting At least 10 years of experience with ISO 9001 Our partner company offers a comprehensive benefits package that will be provided to you upon hire.
