Santa Clara Valley Healthcare’s Custody Health Services (CHS) is seeking an experienced and strategic Financial and Administrative Services Manager (FASM) to lead financial and operational excellence across multiple sites. Reporting to the Director of Custody Health, the FASM oversees critical functions, including budgeting, HR, I.T., facilities, and policy development, ensuring efficient operations that support compassionate, patient-centered care for incarcerated individuals. Required Background and Experience: A qualified candidate would typically acquire the necessary knowledge and abilities through education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Public Administration with an emphasis in accounting or a closely related field, and five (5) years current administrative/managerial experience directing a complex financial operation.
