Casual Staff - Impact Officer

Position Summary: TheImpactOfficerwill work directly with each Lieberman-Mitzner scholar in order to facilitate internships for the students in political offices and with advocacy groups. They will have direct responsibility for the placement program.
Position Responsibilities:

  • TheImpact Officerwill also work with the scholarship students on the professionalization needed to succeed in the workplace including LinkedIn profiles, resume workshops, etc.
  • The Impact Officerwill create and maintain relationships with politicians and advocacy groups in order to continually foster opportunities for students.
  • The Impact Officer will liaise with the Liberman-Mitzner Center Director on internship placements and scholarship student development.


Experience & Education Background:

  • The candidate will have 15+ years ofexperience in politics and/or advocacy.


Salary Range: $30 - $40 per hour
