As the Manager of Medical Education, for Trauma & Extremities, Orthopaedics you will be responsible for supporting and driving the US Medical Education strategy for the Trauma & Extremities business unit Your role demands strong accountability, strategic leadership, and the ability to influence diverse partners in a dynamic environment. You will cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders and partners across S+N commercial teams, driving perfection in medical education delivery and advancing clinical practice improvement. In this role, you will develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Trauma and Extremities education landscape, including trends, customer priorities, and competition. You will establish clear goals for medical education programs, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities. By assessing clinical practice gaps and finding opportunities for improvement, you will deliver measurable outcomes through targeted education initiatives. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of high-quality educational events, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies. Your responsibilities will also include supporting industry educational meetings and events, on-site customer meetings and labs, national sales meetings, and other strategic gatherings. Encouraging positive relationships with customers and commercial partners is a critical aspect of your role, as is working closely with HCP faculty and internal partners to implement impactful educational events that drive adoption in key focus areas of the business unit. Driving innovation in learning delivery will be a priority, using adult education principles, standard processes, and research. You will support the grants process for societies and fellowship events while collaborating with franchise marketing and regional sales teams to identify faculty for symposia and labs. Conducting an annual needs' assessment will allow you to figure out need for medical education and to optimize the use of existing or new resources for HCP programs. What will you need to be successful? You will need outstanding organizational and project management skills to efficiently handle competing demands. Your strong leadership and team-building abilities will help cultivate a culture of accountability and excellence. With high energy and an engaging communication style, you will effectively influence outcomes across US and global teams. A strategic mentality will be critical, enabling you to anticipate future needs and align education strategies accordingly. Your validated ability to perform under pressure will ensure a consistent focus on quality and results, even in fast paced situations. Excellent and confident communication skills will be important, as you will need to effectively connect with and present to diverse audiences at every level. Additionally, you will demonstrate the ability to successfully lead multiple projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency. Requirements:
