Salesforce Administrator - (employer: Twin Health, Inc.; job location: Mountain View, CA) - Responsible for configuring and setting up Salesforce to meet the organization's specific needs, ensuring that the platform aligns with marketing and sales goals. Oversee the integration of marketing tools and data with Salesforce, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy. Responsible for data cleansing, deduplication, and maintenance. Create and execute marketing campaigns within Salesforce, tracking their performance, and providing insights to optimize marketing strategies. Offer support to users within the organization, assisting with Salesforce-related inquiries and providing training to ensure efficient utilization of the platform. Generate reports and dashboards in Salesforce to monitor marketing and sales performance, providing actionable insights for decision-making. Work on marketing automation platforms to design and implement lead nurturing campaigns, leveraging Salesforce data to enhance lead conversion rates. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. Stay up to date with salesforce security best practices and latest releases. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field plus two (2) years of experience in the position offered or in a related role. All of the required experience must have included experience with: data integrations, ensuring accuracy and data hygiene using SQL queries; creating and managing automation journeys, including triggered emails and customer journeys; utilizing Excel in analytics and reporting, providing actionable insights for decision-making; cross-functional collaboration; creating a platform roadmap; planning and facilitating complex system configuration and deployments; utilizing data mapping and data structures to improve reporting and data quality such as implementing rules and automation; maintaining systems including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check and Optimizer; facilitating business and technical design sessions for gathering, grooming, prioritizing and documenting business requirements and developing project deliverables; and performing new user and ongoing user training, including communication of platform changes to users and stakeholders. This role entails hybrid work, with time split between working in our Mountain View, CA office and flexibility to telecommute from another U.S. location. Salary: $165,422/year.
