Job Title Global Incident Management - Governance Corporate Title Assistant Vice President Location Jacksonville, FL Overview The Information Technology (IT) Incident Management Governance Coordinator is an integral part of the Global Incident Management Function within Operations Management, Technology, Data, & Innovation (TDI). The Incident Management Governance team is tasked with overseeing the Incident Management (IM) process utilized by IT stakeholders and the Global Incident Management team. This team operates a "follow the sun" service model across three regions, ensuring that IM processes and controls are effective, compliant with the published Key Operating Documents (KOD), and aligned with the responsibilities outlined in the IT Governance and Management Charter. Expectations It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.
