The Sr. Operations Analyst conducts in-depth operational analyses to support business performance improvement. Supports field and home office leaders in offering subject matter expert advice and recommendations, identifying trends, and determining risks and opportunities. Serves as a expert on labor KPI's and other operational performance information.

This role supports decision making through modeling, projections, and collaboration. Develops methodologies and targets for key performance indicators, assesses trends, and identifies outliers to drive business results. Supports operational initiatives, recommends strategic plans and evaluates their effectiveness. Collaborate with field leaders and cross-functional teams to enhance operational performance. Addresses inquiries, resolves unique situations, and manages ad-hoc requests.

Individuals at this level are considered fully competent to independently perform work assignments.

What You'll Do

  • Create and maintain models, projections, and business case scenarios. Determine appropriate methodologies. Ensure accuracy, relevance, and reliability to support the organization's goals and enhance decision-making processes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations through timely and accurate analyses to field leaders and senior management. Evaluate trends, identify outliers, and areas of opportunity.
  • Serve as subject matter expert on labor KPIs and other operational performance information. Identifies risks and opportunities.
  • Recommend strategic plans to address business challenges and objectives.
  • Support operational initiatives and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Communicate and collaborate with field leaders and cross-functional partners to support business performance improvement.
  • Support internal customer addresses inquiries and resolve unique situations.
  • Validate data accuracy by checking for errors, inconsistencies, or discrepancies. Work with other teams to resolve any issues that are identified and ensure that the data being used is reliable and trustworthy.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Comply with all policies and standards.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's Degree Business administration, finance, economics, or computer science, or a related field required
  • 4-6 years Business analysis, data science, workforce planning, project management, or a related field.
  • Proficient in conducting comprehensive data and trend analysis to enhance performance and uncover potential growth areas.
  • I possess business judgement skills and creative thinking skills to identify and evaluate methodologies, recommendations, opportunities, and risks.
  • Outstanding ability to communicate and interact with others, combined with exceptional organizational abilities, and a detail-oriented approach to completing tasks.
  • Develops a working knowledge of field processes, procedures, and best practices. Capable of making well-informed decisions that positively influence the organization.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert on field KPI's and other operational performance information.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortability in working with assumptions and imperfect data.
  • Experience using business intelligence and reporting tools such as Tableau, Cognos, etc. a plus.
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines, effectively prioritize efforts and achieve results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
