HR Organization Specialist - Cheshire, CT

Responsibilities

• Supports the Director, Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development in the assessment and analysis of organizational structures, processes, roles and responsibilities and workflows to support business needs and in coordination with Webuild Organization Department.
• Designs and implements organizational frameworks that align with Company strategy and operational goals.
• Supports restructuring efforts, role clarity, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Conducts job analysis and designs roles to ensure clarity in responsibilities and reporting structures and illustrate job progression.
• Partners with HR and business leaders to ensure smooth transition during reorganizations.
• Develops and executes change management strategies to support organizational transformation.
• Analyzes benchmarks, industry trends and best practices to support the organization design and propose innovative solutions.
• Utilizes data analytics and visualization tools to present insights and recommendations.
• Ensures compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies related to job structures and workforce planning.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree
