The Leelanau Conservancy is seeking a part-time Finance Director. The Finance Director will join a collaborative team and direct the financial operations of the organization, according to the governing policies, guidelines, and laws. The Finance Director has responsibility for financial management, budgets, IT management, cash management and insurance coverages. This position is based in Leland, Michigan. The Finance Director will work 4 days a week, with the option of a flexible hybrid schedule. The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $75,000. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, HSA, 403b, vacation and sick leave. The compensation package is negotiable based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
