Staffmark is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative for a direct hire opportunity in Bloomington, CA. Salary: $65,000 - $100,000 per year Schedule: 1st shift, Monday - Friday As an Outside Sales Representative, you will assist customers both on the phone and in the field. This role requires excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities, along with the ability to manage customer relationships effectively. Your responsibilities will include ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, preparing sales summary reports, and coordinating the resolution of challenging situations. Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service, both over the phone and in person. Maintain excellent standards of service and ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare and deliver sales summary reports. Handle challenging situations and resolve issues promptly. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve operational goals. Skills and Qualifications: Experience in building materials or masonry preferred. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure. Clean driving record required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows Systems. High school diploma or GED; 1-2 years of related experience preferred. Intermediate to advanced math skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
