Staffmark is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative for a direct hire opportunity in Sun Valley, CA. If you're a motivated professional looking to thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you!

Salary: $65,000 - $100,000 per year

Schedule: 1st shift, Monday - Friday

We are looking for an experienced Outside Sales Representative to support customers both on the phone and in the field. This fast-paced position requires strong organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills. The Outside Sales Representative will ensure excellent customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. You will prepare sales summary reports, handle challenging situations, and contribute to the success of the organization.

Responsibilities:



  • Assist customers over the phone and in person.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver sales summary reports.
  • Coordinate the handling of difficult situations with clients.
  • Contribute to operational goals and overall team success.
  • Full-time, on-site role from Monday through Friday.




Skills & Qualifications:



  • Experience with building materials or masonry preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clean driving record required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven success in improving customer service and workflow.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma (or GED) and 1-2 years of related experience or training.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows Systems.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds and use of office equipment.
