SailPoint IIQ Production Support- L3

Location: Anywhere in United States, remote

We are looking for SailPoint IIQ Production Support with 7-10 years of experience for an immediate need. This is a client-facing role & the candidate will have regular interactions with various client managers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* 3-6 hrs of daily meeting, if working remote.

* Turn Around time of 5-10 mins during working hours.

* Sailpoint IIQ L3 level Production Support.

* Debugging code for errors in production.

* Train L1 and L2 team on their work.

* Knowledge of Sailpoint Cloud Gateway Server, IQService etc.

Desired Skills:

* Sailpoint IIQ

* Apache Tomcat

* Linux Commands

* SQL Server

Salary and Other Compensation:

• The annual salary for this position is [$84,600 to $134,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
• This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
