The National Security Sector is looking for a Deputy Program Manager to join our F-16 FMS Product Support Integrator (PSI) team. This is a very dynamic ID/IQ contract which will have a significant number of task orders running simultaneously and a large number of vendors, suppliers and subcontractors supporting the effort. The Deputy Program Manager will collaborate with and assist the Program Manager in supervising all program activities aligned with the PWS objectives and assumes the role of Program Manager in their absence. This role entails planning, organizing, securing, and efficiently managing resources to achieve the successful fulfillment of program goals and objectives. The Deputy Program Manager responsibilities encompass assisting the Program Manager to ensure program adherence to scope, schedule, and budget constraints, overseeing daily operations, managing recruitment, hiring, and training processes for employees, supervising staff, and maintaining up-to-date comprehensive quality control and reporting programs as well as interfacing with Sr. Leadership, program, task and functional leaders, subcontractors, and support personnel.
