Your main responsibilities
Quality Assurance Supervisor

Your Skills

PRIMARY FUNCTION / POSITION OVERVIEW:



  • Plans, monitors, and appraises direct reports including performance competencies, goals & job results.
  • Coaches, counsels, and conducts disciplinary actions for personnel as required.
  • Establish working relationships with Manufacturing, Engineering, Planning, and Purchasing to maintain quality throughout the manufacturing process to minimize the potential for non-conforming parts.
  • Perform trend analysis, report results and coordinate corrective and preventative actions (CAPA) to drive compliance and quality initiatives.
  • Measure, track and evaluate key quality metrics to support future quality initiatives and resource allocation.
  • Lead and/or participates on cross-functional teams and projects representing quality
  • Supports and actively participates, as needed, in client and regulatory audits/inspections.
  • Maintain effective work instructions and operating procedures for inspection, operations and supplier quality assurance per ISO requirements.
  • Oversees the equipment Calibration schedule.

Your Experience

MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:

BA or BS in appropriate discipline (preferred but not required)

FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:

Knowledge of safety requirements and legal standards

Working knowledge of quality system requirements

Experience with Microsoft Office, Power BI, SAP (preferred but not required)
