Partner with the best

As a Growth Accounts Sales Manager, you will work at the a field site, providing quality service to the customer. Job role may include sales, job design, execution, and follow up activities.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing strategies for customers in a limited geographic territory based on installed base leads with responsibility for order growth of products and services.
  • Leading and facilitating teamwork within the commercial team (sales managers, Technical Account Managers, CCRs, Services, and CommOps) assigned to support the growth of commercial accounts within their assigned territory.
  • Being a point of contact for customers and be responsible for facilitating relationships and engagements at customer facilities within the assigned territory for Installed Base upgrades.
  • Leading and participating in cross-functional teams and projects to achieve account and regional goals.
  • Interpreting and understanding contractual commitments.
  • Upselling a combination of current hardware and/or software solutions to the existing installed base.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (OR High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution with a minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and/or engineering
  • Travel up to 20% of time, as required
  • Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Knowledge of industry products, services, and markets
  • Strong oral, written and presentation communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills through prior work assignments
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal relationship skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Proactive work style, creativity, and engagement
  • Demonstrated ability to execute and drive results
