Rebate Analyst

• Initiate Trade Rebate Payments and related deductions
• Manage compliance of payment terms specified in the contractual agreement
• Ensure approved payment requests transfer to AP system and to the customer
• Maintain Rebate Tracker to ensure timely and complete payments
• Work closely with Customer at both the Corporate and individual Branch level
• Support Revenue Coordinator on Proof of Delivery (POD) claims for end-user deviated price contracts
• Research claims submitted by assigned account base and ultimately respond with allowed rebate dollars
• Facilitate issue resolution related to rebate discrepancies
• Research deductions - process credit / debit memos, as needed
• Support Pricing Analysts with stock/contract quotations and system price maintenance

• Some experience in A/R, Rebate processing and/or Contract Compliance, General Accounting/Bookkeeping. 2-5 years of experience preferred
• Highly skilled in Excel required
• College Degree preferred
• Exceptional organization and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Products (i.e. Word, Excel, and Outlook)
