The (Merchandising Team) Internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on accounting experience while working side by side with professionals from all levels in our Waltham, MA office. In this role you will (work with the merchandising team to assist with store resets, refreshes and product roll out to the stores. You will support the execution of new layouts and projects to ensure execution compliance for all stores). This means working up to 2 days a week remotely and the rest of the time in the office or in the field visiting stores

"Gauges" of Responsibility

  • Assist the merchandise team in execution of projects at the store level.
  • Assist visual merchandising team on roll out schedule of new plan of grams
  • Work with various team members in logistics of fixtures, and small wares for stores
  • Pull data and reports needed for decision making with store changes and layouts
  • Support the merchandising team on the RVQ (retail vendor questions) cherwell roll out.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. V-lookups, Pivot Tables, Concatenate are some skills you will use during your internship.
  • Ability to prioritize work, follow through on requests, take initiative and meet deadline
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact in team environment and foster client relationships.
  • Self-Starter that takes the initiative to ask questions.
  • Ability to apply knowledge learned in classroom to work.

Education Requirement

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Communications, Analytics or Business
