Position: HVAC Technician

Location: Topeka, KS - Onsite
Overview:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented individual to join our Building Maintenance team as an HVAC Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and servicing a variety of building equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. You will work closely with internal team members to address any HVAC-related needs and contribute to the smooth operation of our facilities.
What you'll do:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on all HVAC and boilers on premises
- Perform diagnostic troubleshooting and repair of plumbing fixtures and electrical components
- Assist with electrical troubleshooting of irrigation controls
- Handle internal staff needs while maintaining building projects
Experience you'll bring:
- 3 to 5 years previous experience in HVAC or related field
- Strong organizational skills: capacity to manage heavy workload while navigating a variety of competing, ever-changing priorities
- Detail oriented, motivated, dependable, and quality oriented
- Ability to working independently, but also as a collaborative team member
- Provide support to other team members when needed
Bonus Points:
- Mechanical/Plumbing Journeyman license
- Johnson Controls Building Automation experience
