Your Responsibilities as an Administrative Assistant:



  • Answer phone calls, log leads, and connect callers to the appropriate person.
  • Perform warehouse and fleet checks, ensuring equipment and vehicles are organized and maintained.
  • Sort mail, accept deliveries, restock supplies, and assist staff with various administrative tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the office, kitchen, and warehouse.
  • Track and manage equipment, vehicle logs, certifications, and appointments.
  • Coordinate meetings, freight deliveries, rental returns, and office events.
  • Assist with onboarding new staff and supporting project managers with administrative needs.

What we're looking for:



  • Minimum of a high school diploma.
  • 2+ years of office experience within a professional services environment.
  • Administrative experience such as familiarity with standard office concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Experience with multi-line telephone systems, data entry, document preparation, and document management.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Ability to successfully perform multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated history of stable employment and excellent attendance and punctuality.
