Job Purpose

Lead the strategic automation initiatives to drive significant improvements in operational efficiency and data accuracy, leveraging advanced data systems and tools like PowerBI to transform workflows, minimize errors, and enhance data accessibility and usability..

Key Accountabilities



  • Strategic Automation Leadership: Develop and lead long-term automation strategies, ensuring alignment with Business Operating Plans (BOP), with a special focus on leveraging tools like PowerBI, Tableau, and similar analytics platforms.
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation in automation processes, staying ahead of industry trends and implementing cutting-edge solutions.
  • Advanced Data Analytics and Reporting: Oversee complex data analysis projects, generate strategic insights, and present findings to senior leadership.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate high-level communication between business and IT, ensuring strategic alignment and effective implementation of automation solutions.
  • Technical Expertise and Support: Provide advanced technical support and develop SOPs for complex technical processes and tools.



Qualifications, Experience and Skills



  • BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience..
  • 8-12 years of relevant job experience in data systems and automation.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and visual).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products and PowerBI.
  • Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and database management.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or VBA.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.



Workstyle



  • 5-10 Hours OT per week
  • Able to work off shifts, adjusted shifts, shutdowns, and weekends.
  • Able to travel short/long periods both internationally and locally.
