SUMMARY Mortenson is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager that will provide overall leadership direction to one large project or multiple projects to include the management of project quality, timeliness, safety, as well as mentoring the project team. Develop and enhance customer relationships by providing excellent service. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise the overall financial health of projects
- Develop and maintain project financial projections and equipment projections
- Provide financials and billings to Accounting for timely payment
- Handle subcontracts and suppliers for the project
- Oversee budget for and make selections of subcontractors and suppliers
- Handle billings and contract management, including contract buyouts
- Lead Assistant Project Manager(s) and Project Engineer(s)
- Function as the main point of contact with the owner and on-site representative
- Handle change orders
- Maintain schedule and budget until project completion
- Provide high level management of quality, risk, safety, and compliance for the project and team members
- Use the appropriate level of forethought and planning in decision making to assure project success
- Responsible for dispute resolution
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent experience
- A minimum of eight years construction management or related experience
- Current driver's license
- Proven ability to fulfill development to closeout responsibilities for multiple, complex projects
- Active listening skills and effective communication including an openness to diverse input and feedback

The base compensation range for this role is the base pay range for this job is $140,800 - $211,200. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%). #LI-BF1 #LI-Onsite Please make note:
