What part will you play?

The On-Site Resource Coordinator is responsible for the efficient allocation and management of studio resources, including scheduling studio time, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring all production needs are met. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines to support a large team.

What will you be doing?

Scheduling and Coordination



  • Develop and maintain studio schedules, ensuring optimal use of resources.
  • Coordinate with production teams to understand their needs and schedule studio resource time accordingly.
  • Manage and resolve any scheduling conflicts in a timely manner.


Resource Management



  • Oversee the allocation of studio resources, including equipment and personnel.
  • Ensure all studio resources are maintained and available for use.
  • Work with the technical team to ensure equipment is functioning and meets production requirements.


Communication



  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all studio scheduling inquiries.
  • Communicate schedule changes and updates to relevant teams promptly.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast future resource needs.


Administrative Duties



  • Maintain accurate records of studio usage and resource allocation.
  • Project creation, records management and retention.
  • Issue ticket submission for office and production spaces.
  • Logistics/shipping coordination.


Problem-Solving



  • Anticipate and address potential scheduling and resource conflicts.
  • Propose solutions to optimize studio operations and resource use.
  • Ensure all productions run smoothly by proactively identifying and mitigating risks.


Other duties as assigned.

What do we require from you?

Required Qualifications of the Resource Coordinator:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in scheduling or resource management, preferably in a media production environment.
  • Experience with scheduling & time management software and tools
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.


Preferred Qualifications of the Business Operations Specialist:



  • Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Business Administration, or a related field.
