Compensation The anticipated base pay compensation range for the position is $79,000.00 to $131,600.00. This position is eligible for participating in our short-term incentive program in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The range provided is not a guarantee of compensation. The range reflects the potential base pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual base pay compensation will depend, in part on factors such as geographic work location and relevant experience and skills. The anticipated compensation range described above is subject to change and the compensation ultimately paid may be higher or lower than the range described above. Position Details As a Senior Analyst, Collections Reporting & Analytics you will lead the design and strategy for analytics, reporting, and process improvement. You will be responsible for providing critical insights and business intelligence around the Grainger's North American business units. You will be responsible for the creation, standardization and delivery of data reports and predictive analysis around the financial health and profitability of our business. You will design and deliver solutions to translate operating metrics into insights that inform strategies, business decisions and recommendations. You will be the Subject-matter-expert to establish, communicate and execute a clear measurement strategy for the business.This position is hybrid requiring 50% of time onsite at the Lake Forest, IL headquarters or the Janesville, WI office.
