Key Responsibilities: * Serve as the first point of contact for advisors and investors, handling 25-30 inbound contacts daily. * Deliver stellar client experiences, embodying our client-centric values. * Resolve issues in real-time, ensuring client satisfaction. * Conduct detailed research and navigate databases to provide accurate solutions. * Collaborate with internal teams for efficient resolutions. * Participate in coaching, career development activities, and community-building events. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience. * 0-2+ years in a client-facing, service-oriented role. * High empathy, strong problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. * Proficiency in using computers and customer service software. * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. * Desirable: Experience in or education about the financial services industry. * Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00.
