ServiceNow HRSD Administrator

General Summary of Position
The ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow HRSD platform, Employee Center Pro and NowAssist Modules. This role requires close collaboration with HR and IT teams to ensure the platform aligns with business needs and enhances the overall employee experience.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Platform Administration: Manage and maintain the ServiceNow HRSD platform, Employee Center Pro and NowAssist modules, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
  • Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize the HRSD modules, including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, NowAssist and other HR-related applications.
  • User Support: Provide technical support and training to HR and other end-users, addressing any issues or questions related to the HRSD platform, Employee Center Pro and NowAssist modules.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within the HRSD platform, Employee Center Pro and NowAssist modules.
  • Integration Management: Manage integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process efficiency.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into HR service delivery performance and trends.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure the HRSD platform complies with organizational policies and industry standards, maintaining data security and privacy.


  • Minimum Qualifications
    Education

    • Bachelor's degree Information Technology, Human Resources or a related field required


    Licenses and Certifications

    • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator HRSD and/or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator, with a focus on ServiceNow HRSD, Employee Center Pro and NowAssist modules.
    • Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
    • Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow HRSD, Employee Center Pro and NowAssist modules.
    • Experience with ServiceNow integrations and data management.
    • Experience with content conversion within ServiceNow Employee Center Pro.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript.
    • Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
    • Experience in project management or leading HRSD implementation projects.
    • Familiarity with other HR technologies and systems.

    This position has a hiring range of $80,995 - $152,027
