We are now hiring for a Marketing Coordinator!

The ideal candidate will support the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will assist in creating company presentations, coordinating tradeshow events, creating marketing and social media content and ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiatives across various channels

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Content creation:
    • Generate marketing content such as blog posts, social media graphics, press and website releases.
    • Track and maintain social media and marketing campaign engagement using LinkedIn, GlassDoor, etc.
    • Develop promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, digital content (cut sheets, banners).
    • Monitor company company website and make necessary updates.
  • Customer inquiries
    • Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Coordinate customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and provide to Director of Business Development.
  • Lead generation:
    • Develop strategies to attract potential customers through marketing campaigns.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
  • Budget management:
    • Monitor and manage marketing budgets for different campaigns.
  • Brand consistency:
    • Ensure all marketing materials align with the company's brand identity.
    • Work closely with other teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with overall business goals.
    • Works with members of various internal departments to create PowerPoint presentations to present to potential customers, vendors, and clients showcasing the companies products and services.
  • Tradeshow requirements:
    • Plan marketing events, tradeshows, and conferences (30+ tradeshows a year in the US and Canada).
    • Setup/tear down booths and track new customer information in Salesforce.
    • Book travel arrangements, registrations for participants.
    • Assist in designing, ordering and maintaining current tradeshow giveaways.
    • Send out and review tradeshow feedback forms to track and report on potential leads and overall tradeshow experience.
    • Track all tradeshows and expenses in Salesforce.
  • Maintain Sales & Marketing SharePoint documents and files
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools like Google Analytics, CRM software, and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of the team. Creative thinking ability to develop engaging marketing content.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative, proactive, and team-oriented with a passion for marketing.
  • Must be able to travel to attend tradeshows and industry events as needed (US & Canada)

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to work in an office environment including sitting for long periods at a time. Normal office work hours Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
  • Exposure to unknown travel hazards (driving, flying, etc)
