Pay $21.75 - $22.85 / hour, depending on experience and qualifications Schedule 1st Shift (Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:20 AM) 4 10-hour days On-site Other hours as needed Location Fleet Maintenance 272 Patton Farm Road, Stuarts Draft VA 24477 Job Summary McKee Foods is seeking an Office Environmental Services Janitor to join our Fleet Maintenance team. This position will be responsible forthe cleaning in confidential office areas including vacuuming the carpets, dusting all furniture, cleaning all restrooms, removing all trash and recycle, ordering cleaning supplies, placing snack cakes in break room areas, shampooing carpets, waxing hard surface floors, creating cleaning schedules, assisting with furniture placement and storage in the conference center rooms, and communicating to supervisor and office employees regarding cleaning times and schedules.Must be willing and able to perform other duties in other areas as assigned. Required Qualifications Experience in cleaning duties such as mopping floors, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning restrooms, window cleaning, cleaning ceiling vents and light fixtures Must be able to operate cleaning machines such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, buffers, etc. Experience in working with cleaning chemicals Must be able to communicate with team members and office employees Must be able to work in confidential office areas with minimal talking Basic computer skills Experience working as a team member Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to walk and stand 90% of work day Must be able to climb ladders, crouch on floor, and reach above head Overall good work record (which includes attendance, safety, job performance, flexibility, and team behaviors) May be called in or current shift extended as needed Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed Ability to obtain and maintain a Lift Truck Operator license DMV Record must be obtained by the Safety Department Lift Truck vision screen must be completed by Employee Health Services and must meet Lift Truck standards Preferred Qualifications Experience with MAXIMO Experience in an office cleaning position Experience with operating cleaning machines Benefits Competitive weekly pay Profit-sharing cash bonus program 401(k) with matching contributions Paid Time Off (for vacation, holidays, sick time, personal time, etc.) Medical insurance, including health, dental, vision and prescription drug plan Supplemental plans, including life insurance Fully-paid parental leave Health Center and Pharmacy Tuition reimbursement Credit Union Exercise and recreation facility Wellness programs with incentives Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Short-term and long-term disability (company-paid) For more information about this posting or to schedule a realistic job preview, please contact Rick Sprouse (x47079).
