POSITION SUMMARY AND LOCATION

We are seeking a Sr. Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP System Administrator to join our IT team in Houston, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering, supporting, and optimizing the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP platform to ensure high availability and optimal performance across financials, supply chain management, procurement, and other modules. This position requires strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and a passion for improving processes and systems in a fast-paced environment.

* This position is based in Houston, TX, with hybrid work opportunities.
* May require occasional travel to support business needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL

* Manage, maintain, and optimize the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP environment.
* Perform system administration activities, including user access management, security settings, and configuration changes.
* Provide daily operational support for Oracle Fusion ERP system issues, working closely with functional leads and business users.
* Conduct troubleshooting, system diagnostics, and performance tuning for the Oracle Fusion ERP system.
* Coordinate with Oracle support for issue resolution and perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.
* Implement and manage change controls, system patches, updates, and upgrades for the ERP system.
* Develop and maintain system documentation, including configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
* Collaborate with the business to implement process improvements, ensure compliance, and identify opportunities for leveraging Oracle Fusion capabilities.
* Assist in system integration efforts, ensuring alignment between Oracle Fusion ERP and other enterprise systems.
* Conduct training sessions and support end-users in understanding and utilizing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP functionalities effectively.
* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

* Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a system Administrator utilizing Oracle ERP systems, including 2+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP utilizing Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and Human Capital Management (HCM).
* Minimum of 2 years of experience performing work functions related to system administration, configuration management, and troubleshooting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP environments.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience with security administration, user management, and role-based access control (RBAC).
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

DESIRED



  • Oracle Cloud ERP certification or similar industry certification.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Reporting Tools (OTBI, BIP, FRS).
  • Familiarity with cloud integration platforms and middleware technologies.
  • Experience with Procurement and/or Supply Chain modules is preferred.

Additional Information

This position is Hybrid - Remote and will require commuting to a designated office. Hybrid work schedules are determined by the hiring manager based on business need.
