About Lakeland Hospitals The health system comprises threehospitals, a regional cancer center, rehabilitation centers, two long-term care residences, home care and hospice services, and 34 affiliate physician practice locations. We provide both inpatient and outpatientmedical servicesthroughout Southwest Michigan. Scope of work Interacts with patients, physicians, and other staff, both within the hospital and with outside facilities, regionally, nationally, and internationally. Responsible for calling critical results, call reports, and strokes: Red, Orange, and Yellow critical and significant findings as well as call reports and any stroke patients are being called to the appropriate care giver within a set time frame. Ensures Radiology exams performed are read by Radiologists in an efficient and timely manner. Imports and exports radiology images via CD, DVD, and electronically as requested. Responsible for answering multi-line phone systems, taking messages, paging physicians and staff, triaging calls by routing them to the appropriate personnel or department. Works closely and assists the Radiologist with all their interpretation needs. Consistently creates an exceptional experience with each contact, via inbound and outbound calls, face to face interactions, online chat, and email. Staff in this role are required to know and operate multiple computer software programs. Qualifications
